I gave up on fair a long time ago. Now that I have my health back (no more worries about heart pains and I've stopped injuring myself)... I have been steadily working out and eating less. 2011 was a wash but I'm back on plan. By the way I've enjoyed seeing you get back in the saddle again. Hey Bill!

I realize "I" can only find "MY" method of getting to where I want to be."YOU" got to find yours.I know you can find where you want to be, in the end. It may take a while and for me it seems like it should not be such a struggle---like I hear around hear everyday--IT JUST AIN"T FAIR! Well, the "fair" comes around here in October and they show cattle and pigs and sheep---life just ain't a fair! I believe you are half way between moderately obese and severely obese. According to medical data, this will increase the odds of a shorter life and set you up for chronic diseases.
