I am very happy to announce that the eating season, for me, is beginning Tuesday, September 29! It is my 8th year wedding anniversary (second time around)! What do I mean the eating season has begun for me? Well that will be the subject of this post as well as my goals and progress for this “season.”
 One the the things I remember I could do when I was a teenager was pretty much anything I wanted to physically! I mean I could jump off of rooftops, do long distance swimming, run barefoot for miles through canyons. Why I even learned how to catch Voles barehanded in poison oak (without getting the [...] I’ve been watching TV lately and have this Baskin & Robbins commercial in my head, you know the one about ice cream and cake! Well yesterday I took a day off of the diet but worked my tail off. I put in a patio beside our front porch in the heat yesterday. My wife fed me well [...] Today I’ll update my progress and speak about how important going back to basics is whenever your plan is not seemingly working. This week I have not worked out as much but did longer workouts. It seems that the temperature out in east San Diego County has made it too hot to workout on my [...] |
