I find that when I get into my bag work - I end up hitting harder and harder - so every month or so I regret not wrapping my hands first. The right way is to wrap them but that's 5 minutes before and 5 mintues after... I guess I'm going to have to do it. Thanks Dr. J!

Sorry about the injuries, buddy! I have a pair of very old Everlast bag gloves. They have a metal rod to grip inside. The new ones are plastic :-( I've repaired these with duct tape so many times :-) They just don't make 'em like they used to. Keep up the good work!! Hey John!
